Aukra Maritime with large delivery for new FDA vessel

We are proud to announce that Aukra Maritime has been awarded the delivery of, among other things, deck cranes and ROV doors to Finnsnes Dykk & Anleggservice's new anchor handling and subsea vessel.

The newbuild is a state-of-the-art anchor handling vessel of approximately 50 meters, designed by Sirius Design & Integration for a wide range of operations – from anchor handling and offshore farming to ROV and subsea work. The vessel will be built at Zamakona Yards, which has solid experience with advanced special vessels, and the vessel will be equipped with modern and energy-efficient solutions such as hybrid propulsion and advanced systems for efficient and sustainable operation.

The delivery from Aukra Maritime consists of the following:

• Deck cranes

• ROV doors

• LARS (Launch and Recovery System)

• A-frame with net roller

• Design of hatches and platform
